3. Services and Usage
- Customers can search for service providers based on their location (state and city) and communicate with them for service bookings.
- The app provides profile viewing and direct contact features to connect customers with verified service providers.
- Service Providers agree to update their service availability, location, and service categories within the app to ensure accurate information for Customers.
- Customers and Service Providers are solely responsible for agreeing on service details, such as pricing, scope of work, and timelines.
4. Subscription and Fees (For Service Providers)
- Service Providers must pay a yearly subscription fee to join the platform and access customer leads.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated under applicable laws.
- Failure to renew the subscription will result in the suspension of the Service Provider's access to the platform.
- Subscription fees may vary based on service category and location. Buildcon Services reserves the right to update pricing with prior notice.
5. User Responsibilities
- Service Providers and Customers must use the app lawfully and ethically.
- You agree to respect all applicable local, state, and national laws when using our services.
- Prohibited Activities Include:

- Using the app for illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purposes.

- Buildcon Services does not directly handle payment transactions for services between Service Providers and Customers. Both parties are responsible for mutually agreeing on payment methods and terms.
- Buildcon Services acts solely as a platform to connect service providers with customers and holds no liability for payment disputes between users.
- Service Providers are encouraged to maintain transparent pricing and clear service agreements with customers.
7. Privacy Policy
By using the app, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring data security.
8. Limitation of Liability
Buildcon Services acts as a platform to connect Service Providers and Customers. We do not assume liability for:
- Service delays, poor quality work, or disputes between Service Providers and Customers.
- Misconduct, negligence, or dishonesty of any user.
- Accuracy of service provider profiles, qualifications, or service availability.
- Any damages, losses, or claims arising from the services provided by registered service providers.
You acknowledge that Buildcon Services is not a party to any agreement between Service Providers and Customers. It is the responsibility of customers to verify the credentials and qualifications of service providers before engaging their services.
9. Account Verification and Quality Standards
- Buildcon Services verifies service providers to ensure they meet minimum quality standards.
- However, Buildcon Services does not guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of services provided by registered professionals.
- Customers are encouraged to review provider profiles, ratings, and previous work before hiring.
- Buildcon Services reserves the right to remove any service provider found to be providing substandard services or violating platform policies.
10. Account Termination
Buildcon Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for:
